This medical centre development brought together two GP Practices as extensive PCT clinical and administration accommodation. Construction was delivered under a design build contract and was completed over a 12 month period.

Accommodation is split over two floors with a centre courtyard and a double height space with a walled waiting area. There are two main entrances from the car park to the rear.

The building received the South Tyneside Design Award for New Build in 2007.
