TS Architects were novated by the developer Helmsley Group to the main contractor under a design build contract.

The striking elements of the building design are the elegant curved walls to the front reflecting the curve to crescent road and the fourth floor roof terrace providing spectacular views over the York skyline.

The building works were completed on time and budget and one tenant occupied the whole of the building within 6 weeks upon completion on their own fit out works.
