A major restoration of a large scale Grade II listed building, located on a complex city centre site. The development involved the complete internal refurbishment and alteration of the store, together with specialist heritage architectural input to conserve and restore the listed building fabric.

The store remained trading throughout the period of the works and our team precisely coordinated the programme to minimize disruption to store trading.
