New build superstores
We have acted as Architects on a variety of food store projects, including design and build schemes located at Rushden and Shaw.

Shaw, a 35,000 sqft development, was the first of its kind in the UK to use timber frame construction. The project contained further significant sustainable design elements including reclamation and use of bricks and timber, natural ventilation systems and daylighting, designed to reduce energy consumption.

The 37,000 sqft Rushden superstore has a modern design featuring trading areas constructed over a full undercroft car park. Our skills were instrumental in driving value engineering changes, whilst maintaining brand identity and delivering a successful built project.
