The scheme is formed around the Grade II Listed Grange, originally the 19th Century Union Workhouse and latterly part of the City Hospital, Huntington, York.

Shared student flats were formed, generally based on units with 5 student bedrooms sharing kitchen and dining rooms, bathrooms and toilets. In addition, in the grounds, a new build element was planned and constructed.
