This project involves a major redevelopment of the Goldhawk Road site, Chiswick, to provide more intensive use of the land asset and the introduction of postgraduate facilities.

The ultimate project will include; 250 student bedrooms, Communal Areas, Administrative office, Performance Recital Hall, Conference centre, Teaching Rooms, Faculty offices and a Centre for Performance History.
