Darnton EGS carried out a community consultation process on behalf of Places for People, centred on the Heart of Walker, part of the wider Walker Riverside Regeneration Project, Newcastle.

Information gathered from the consultation process was utilised to generate a preferred development solution to be communicated to Walker residents. Elements of the scheme include education, culture, retail and residential development.

In addition, we are currently appointed to a framework agreement to provide architecture in respect of the midland operational region of Places for People.
