Darnton EGS are appointed as architects for this project to develop new build apartments on an existing brownfield site, located in the Easton area of Bristol.

The scheme is designed to be of standard construction techniques which will give the client a manageable well constructed building with no unusual maintenance issues.

Care has been taken during the design to ensure that the building will be able to meet and exceed current Building Regulations' requirements for thermal performance.

The scheme has been designed to achieve Level 3 under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
