Bridge House is sited on the banks of the River Ness, shadowed by the landmark turrets of Inverness Castle at the gateway to the city centre.

The redevelopment of the site required extensive consultation with local bodies and organisations in order to successfully complete a major reformation of an existing 1960's commercial building.

The site has now become a high profile development consisting of 33 new contemporary one and two bedroom apartments together with new restaurants and bars at street level.
