Darnton EGS acted to obtain planning permission for the redevelopment of the Court Bushes Road site in Whyteleafe, Surrey.

The proposed scheme consists of four separate buildings providing a total of 54 one and two bedroom apartments with basement parking (54 spaces), cycle storage (54 spaces) and a new access drive.
