This project involved the demolition of an existing residential property and its replacement with a large scale detached house , Deauville Court, at St George’s Hill, Weybridge.

Together with the client a concept was developed for a French Chateaux style of property which incorporated turrets, stone bridge link, heavily landscaped garden, sweeping driveway and steeply slated roofs.

The property has five generous bedroom suites, an indoor swimming pool complex, six reception rooms, including a galleried reception hall, all with polished hardwood wood floors, and high-level security. The roof area with French style dormers was developed as an entertainment hall, chandeliers were incorporated on raising and lowering systems.
