Darnton EGS were appointed to advise and deliver the redevelopment of a village fringe restaurant complex at Fairburn, North Yorkshire. Following extensive planning negotiations planning was obtained for three stone built traditional blocks of apartments incorporating parking and landscaped grounds.

27 high quality 2- and 3- bed units were delivered, built to NHBC standards.

The units enjoyed a fantastic outlook over Fairburn Ings nature reserve and we worked closely with client Aneal Homes to ensure a stylish, affordable development both internally and externally.
