Darnton EGS were engaged by Acorn Homes to design and deliver a new build semi-detached housing scheme on this infill site within the village of Airmyn.

The high quality homes consisted of seven units carefully designed to blend into the community whilst offering maximum benefit of flexible internal space. The design had to respect the streetscape and strict planning guidelines commensurate with a conservation area.

The scheme was also within a flood plane and required a careful consideration of access and relationship to the flood levels, whilst providing garaging, gardens and visitor spaces backing onto open land all in accordance with NHBC standards.
