Darnton EGS were retained to review the existing 550 bed Kensington Close hotel with a view to gaining an additional 172 bedrooms on the site. The building is bounded on all sides by conservation areas. Located in prestigious Kensington, it offers a four star service.

Our proposals completed the original design through the creation of a number of additional bedroom wings and the creation of a new penthouse suite at the existing roof level.
