This 300,000ft² steel frame, steel clad building forms the housing for a high-tech, first-generation plant Paper Mill at Trafford Park.
 
Working with consultant and project managemetn teams draw from the US, UK and Europe, Darnton EGS coordinated design inputs to achieve a well planned and performing end result.

Steel clad walls contain a concrete waistcoat to prevent damage internally. Also contained within the building is a 20,000ft² office and social area with a 7.5m curtain wall exposing a centerpiece spiral staircase, clearly visible to approaching visitors.
