A project to construct a manufacturing facility and mill within an existing site to produce approximately 330,000 tonnes of plasterboard per year.

We acted as architect for the development, working in tandem with engineering disciplines to smoothly design and implement the scheme. New accommodation includes:

• warehouse extension of approximately 10,000 sqm.
• new gypsum store covering 60,000 tonnes of gypsum feedstock.
• new mill building formed as an extension of the existing mill.
• new conveyor system for the movement of the base material.
• road and car park improvements.
