This major new build and refurbishment scheme produced a new plaster and bagging plant on the East Leake site.

Acting as architects for the project, the Darnton EGS team interfaced with the multi-discipline engineering and process consultants to ensure the complex project met cost, budget, operational and quality targets. Main elements of the design were:

• Plaster Mill rebuilding.
• new mixing and packing facilities.
