This building was completed in a 14 week programme and subsequent to opening, allowed for a doubling in patient list.

The building is now successfully utilised by the medical practice who commissioned the building, and also by the local PCT for their meetings.

The immediate locality has a young population, and the community room is also proving useful for mother and baby sessions and antenatal classes.
