Darnton EGS were appointed as framework consultants to the University of Leeds for the provision of Architectural Services and developed a variety of refurbishment and upgrade projects throughout the campus.

Projects included the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Beech Grove House to form social sciences accommodation, together with the, relocation of the Library Archive Store to the Physics Building and the upgrade of buildings to ensure compliance with DDA legislation.

Further projects included complex, phased refurbishment of large scale buildings for Philosophy& Humanities and the school of Epidemiology & Biostatistics.
