Having initially worked with the University under a framework agreement for architecture and building surveying services, Darnton EGS have developed a long term relationship to deliver a full spectrum of works for the client.

Schemes range from minor refurbishment and maintenance to the creation of major new build facilities. Projects include the development of outreach university centres, phased campus refurbishment to convert high rise former student accommodation to a variety of office, teaching and learning resource facilities, listed building conversion and development of a new student’s union.

Ongoing masterplanning services are also provided to aid property strategy development.
