We acted as architects for this scheme to develop a new build facility to provide local higher education course provision within the town of Oldham.

The project incorporates sustainable credentials such as natural ventilation, rainwater recycling and the use of thermal mass to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.

Accommodation provided includes teaching, lecture and media facilities, public performance areas and Information Technology suites together with student social and break out spaces.
