An exercise to develop a masterplan on behalf of Greenhead College, a further education provider based in Huddersfield.

A sensitive site, we liaised with planners over the proposals which included consideration of programme and sequencing together with tree retention and landscaping.

We looked at the compact site to create better value and space looking at many options to rationalise and allow update of spaces to meet teaching standards and expansion.
