Darnton EGS acted as Architect for Dakota Business Park, a regeneration development project to provide new office and hybrid units at Speke Garston, Liverpool.

The development contains circa 60,000 sqft of business space, in two structures. Negotiations were undertaken with the local regeneration agency to facilitate the successful redevelopment of the brownfield site.

Our design achieved BREEAM ratings of ‘Excellent’ for the office units and ‘Very Good’ for the hybrid units.
