Darnton EGS were appointed to revisit the design for Waterloo House, an office building located within the city centre of Birmingham.

Our design incorporated a refit to the main office floors as well as an upgrade to all common areas, washrooms and the building reception space.

Whilst a design-led approach was required, we were mindful of the sensitive nature of this building and the corporate tenants our client attracted.

The resulting design achieved the right mix of high-end specification with a measured approach to conservation and restoration.
