Darnton EGS have acted as Architect for the latest Kiddicare baby superstore, recently completed at Rotherham.
The 45,000 sqft scheme is the fourth to open in the UK and is part of the Parkgate Shopping Centre. The Kiddicare store offers a wide range of baby goods ranging from car seats to prams, high chairs, nursery equipment, baby clothing and toys.

 Darnton EGS are delighted to have been involved in the recently completed Morrison’s superstore at Sittingbourne. Our role included acting as shell co-ordinator on behalf of Morrison’s as well as Employer’s Agent and architects for the fit-out of the superstore and Petrol Filling Station.

 Friday saw the official opening of the new Marks & Spencer Leeds Kirkgate Market Heritage Stall by the Mayor of Leeds, a project for which Darnton EGS have acted as architect.
The stall is located close to the home of the original Penny Bazaar in the historic Listed Kirkgate Market and has circa 250sqft of retail space, offering coffee, cards, selected foods and heritage items.

Darnton EGS are delighted to have assisted Candlelighters Children’s Cancer Charity in the design of a new outdoor play area at the Children’s Oncology ward at Leeds Children Hospital.
Fundraising efforts and individual donations have enabled project costs of £300,000 and construction has started on site. The development will, over a 3 month period, transform an uninspiring area of hard-standing play space into an enjoyable and exciting play area with a purpose-built timber frame play room and covered tensile canopy walkway between play room and the existing ward, with coloured soft play surface and outdoor planting....
